Objective: Create an engaging author feature that introduced audiences to Deborah Goodrich Royce and her work while highlighting literary programming at Warren Public Library.

Role: Reporter / Interviewer / Producer.

Impact: Produced an extended author interview that connected a visiting writer with local audiences through thoughtful conversation, community-focused storytelling, and long-form video content.

THE RUSSELL GEMSTONE

Narrative production and writing example demonstrating episodic storytelling, crew leadership, production coordination, collaboration, and scripted content development.

Objective: Support the development and execution of an episodic narrative production through both writing and producing responsibilities, helping translate story concepts into a coordinated on-set production.

Audience: Narrative film and episodic audiences, creative collaborators, and viewers interested in character-driven scripted storytelling.

Role: Episode 03 Producer / Episode 02 Co-Writer.

Impact: Produced Episode 03 with a crew of 37 while supporting production planning, creative coordination, and on-set execution; also contributed to Episode 02 as a co-writer, demonstrating experience across both story development and production leadership.
